Rooms : Four custom-built flats with living-room + 2 bedrooms from 55m² to 60m². Two bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC, 35m² living room and kitchen. Shared technical room. Creation of a car park for 10 vehicles.

Interior circulation spaces : Day time area rooms are not separated by corridors.

Architectural design : The design is plain, with simple volumes and symmetrical openings. The central staircase and the vertical openings create a pleasant and harmonious façade.

Other features : Big aluminium bay windows, roller blinds integrated in masonry, fine tiles in the bathrooms.
