• Inside doors and modern handles are popular among our clients. They can be sliding doors, sliding completely into partitions or not.
• Wooden, stone, metal or mixed stairs fit in the chosen architectural style.
• Sound insulation between the outside and the inside or between two rooms can be improved.
• Energy regulation RT 2005 guarantees lower energy consumption and improves thermal efficiency and comfort. Optimum thermal insulation is developed, for walls and panels, and more and more often for floors. Bioclimatic factors are taken into account (orientation, size of the windows, protection from the sun through vegetation or blinds, etc.) to build low-energy houses.
• Heating systems are improving. We use traditional heating with low-surface temperature radiators - electric or gas heating. Floor panel heating enables a good distribution of the heat. Most boilers are condensing boilers and solar water heaters are becoming more and more popular. Air-to-air heat pumps enable low-energy heating and air-conditioning. Geothermal energy is also appreciated for its environmentally-friendly aspects. For some of the above solutions, you can be granted tax credits.
• Each building is unique since the choice of bathroom equipment and tiling is almost infinite. When laying tiles or installing bathroom equipment each aspect is taken into account to customize your house. You can choose between vanity or counter-top wash-basin, traditional or walk-in shower, corner or traditional baths, wall-mounted or traditional WCs.
• Flooring can be tiles, parquet or painted, even waxed concrete.
• Home automation is developing and improves the comfort our clients’ houses. An interior decoration designer can help you to choose colours and materials.
