35 Year's Experience with our Clients

In 1975, a group of skilled tradesmen decided to work together with Jacques Barroux. The Maisons Pascal Laurent company was born on April, 1st 1976. Encouraged by its excellent reputation, notably among professionals of the building industry, J. Barroux’s children took over the family business in 2000.

Our team of 10 people (secretaries, drafters, architectonics / drafters with a diploma in architecture, works foremen) completes thirty tailor-made projects every year in Gironde. Our job consists in assisting the client from the design to the delivery of the house. Our main activity is building single-family house (1990 law). We also carry out renovation work and projects for investors and professional buildings.

For every type of project, from 75.000 € to 400.000 € (which does not include the cost of building land and of light work), our clients are looking for peace of mind. That is why we use the creativity and skills of our team to meet the clients’ requirements in user-friendly tailor-made projects.

The majority of our new clients are sent by former clients. That is why a sponsorship system was set up to thank them for their sales representatives’ role.

We have just celebrated our 35th anniversary thanks to our clients’ confidence. We have invited our clients and team of skilled tradesmen to this celebration, but also our partners: accountants, legal advisers, bankers, energy suppliers, solicitors, architects, land surveyors, appraisers, technical and financial experts, developers and members of local authorities. Thanks to the network we have developed in these 30 years we can better meet our clients’ needs.
