Outside features: New House, new Equipments

Our skilled tradesmen build traditional houses with traditional materials and sometimes wood framing constructions. Most of our clients also wish to benefit from new technologies. Our constructions meet the required building standards and our architecture is based on quality and good engineering practice.

• It is possible to use a range of colours and change the aspect of the rendering: window frames, right-angle coins, plinths and string courses for a traditional construction; concave joints, listels, rendering following the shape of the wooden frame for a contemporary construction.
• The siding can be placed on all or part of the building.
• The posts and railings can be made of concrete, wood or galvanized metal according to the style of the house.
• Grey concrete or terracotta tiles are more and more popular. Flat tiles are now competing with Roman tiles. We also build flat-roof houses and zinc roofs are coming back into fashion.
• Coloured doors and window frames and roller-blinds are getting more and more popular. Shapes are diverse (round, diamond-shaped, triangle, stripe, etc.). We also propose sliding doors which slide completely into a wall and big glass panels which can open like windows. Doors and windows are often encased in concrete in order to avoid the usual small step on the floor.
• The exteriors are also treated tiled terraces or gratings, integrated swimming pool, landscaped garden area where you play on the palette of plants and matter. The implementation of Annex (pool house, storage equipment or vehicles) may be proposed. One works access, lighting. Finally, fencing and gate are studied to protect or enhance your housing.
