Interior circulation spaces : Garage, cellar, kitchen and living-room are connected. Guest room downstairs with en-suite shower room, 3 bedrooms upstairs all on mezzanine landing.

Architectural design : The very contemporary design is based on horizontal and vertical lines, wall and roof volumes and variety of materials.

Other features : The living room has big volume thanks to a slanted ceiling. A mezzanine enables to create a softer space in the day life area. Big aluminium bay windows with motorized roller blinds.
