Rooms : custom home with covered patio and carport consists of a master suite (dressing room, bathroom), a game room on the landing, two other bathroom, a cellar, a kitchen 25m ² and an L-shaped living of 50m ².

Interior circulation spaces : the sleeping child upstairs, part parent to the DRC. The main hall serves the parties and the nights stay. A movement away, storeroom, kitchen is created.

Architectural design : the volume is very simple, but the charm of this house is given by the many architectural details: troweled plaster, dressing stone lintels, double Genoese shutters of Provence, with small wood joinery.

Other features : ceiling height of 2.70m, Saracen vault staircase banister with wrought iron, stone fireplace.
