Interior circulation spaces : Easy circulation between the garage, cellar and kitchen. The open-plan kitchen opens onto the living-room. The hall is separated from the living room by a light staircase without risers. Access to the bedrooms downstairs is made through the living room.

Architectural design : What is striking in the design is the combination of volumes and the combination of roofs with grey tiles and roof deck. The shape of the house creates a cosy space at the back and makes it possible for most rooms to look onto the garden. The traditional framework creates a big volume for the day time area.

Other features : Steel-grey chimney and fireplace, traditional framework, grey tiles, roof decks, big aluminium bay windows with original shapes and motorized roller blinds, under-floor heating and numerous spotlights.
