Rooms : Custom-built house with 20m² canopy; parents bedroom with en-suite shower room and dressing room, study and laundry room (which can be converted into 2 more bedrooms), 15m² open-plan kitchen and 45m² living room.

Interior circulation spaces: No clearance - the living room leads to the entrance hall, the study, the bedroom and the kitchen. The living room, kitchen and bedroom open onto the garden.

Architectural design : This house opens onto the outside - big bay-windows in the private space on the garden side and welcoming entrance porch on the street with a Japanese garden. Lines are simple and unadorned.

Other features : Our clients, a couple with no children, wanted high-quality features: big aluminium bay-windows with motorized roller blinds to bring as much light as possible in the rooms, under-floor heating, eyeball spotlights. A heat pump may be installed in the years to come.
