Rooms : custom home with 20m ² of covered terraces and 25m ² garage, consisting of a master suite with dressing room and shower room, a bathroom, a living area of 60m ² comprising hall, kitchen, living room.

Interior circulation spaces: Hall crossed the dessert party life and party night. The living room and two bedrooms overlooking the pool.

Architectural design : contemporary playing on alliances and volumes of materials (cladding / coating, tile / roof terrace, wood / metal). The many openings give an impression of living outdoors while being protected from wind and sun by a covered terrace.

Other features : residence has a large volume through its frame rampant. There are large windows with small aluminum timber and motorized shutters. An electrical floor heating has been chosen.
